Overview
The Cleveland Youth Detention Centre Expansion was broken in to two stages. Stage 1 included an upgrade on the secure perimeter of the facility. Stage 2 included the construction of new accommodation and ancillary buildings, along with the refurbishment of the existing facilities.
The Details
BSCA were engaged to assist with managing the Security Services. The team’s scope expanded to assisting with the management of the Communication Services and the Building Management System.
BSCA were involved in consultant witness testing and integrated services testing.
