- Review of Commissioning Plans
- Inspection and Test Plan (ITPs) and Inspection and Test Records (ITRs) review
- Site Inspections to review Technical Building Services aspects of a Project throughout construction, to assist with the commissioning process.
- Audit Inspections to report on compliance with Project Specifications and Project Briefs.
- Undertake and Manage Site Inspections with Design Consultants and/or Architects as required.
- Management of all aspects of the Commissioning Process
- Witness Testing for result validation.
- Witness Testing and verification to Project Specification and Project Brief requirements.
- Facilitate Inspections with Supply Authorities as required
- Undertake and Manage Site Inspections with Building Certifiers and Fire and Emergency Services representatives to satisfy their expectations for certification
- Report on outcomes witnessed at commissioning, validation and completion testing
- Manage and review ITPs and ITRs through commissioning
- Review completed Commissioning documentation to ensure conformity with Project Specifications, Briefs and relevant Australian Standards.
