Overview 
 
The $500-million Darwin Correctional Precinct was delivered through a Public Private Partnership (PPP). The new facility includes 800 beds, with capacity for a further 200 beds, as well as all ancillary buildings required for centre operation.  Construction was focused on delivering an environment with an emphasis on reparation, rehabilitation and normalisation.  



The Details 
 
BSCA were engaged to assist with the management of the Security Services subcontractor.  This included, progress and quality inspections along with programme reviews to ensure target dates were achieved.
