Overview
This $75-million redevelopment for Queensland Corrective Services included the upgrade and modification of the Perimeter Security and Integrated Security Management Systems for five (5) Correctional Centres:
Townsville, Arthur Gorrie, Wolston, Woodford and Maryborough Correctional Centres
The Details
BSCA were engaged by QBuild, Department of Housing and Public Works, to provide Services Management for this project. The scope of engagement included management through the design and planning phases, involvement in staging strategies to minimise operational impacts, programming advice, design coordination and commissioning management.
Each of the Perimeter Security Services Upgrade were to be completed within operational environments.
