Overview
The Secure Unit upgrade at the Princess Alexandra Hospital was completed in 2018. The project involved a CCTV upgrade, including the replacement of cameras and upgrade to the existing head end equipment. In addition, the control room and nurse’s stations were refurbished with a focus on an ergonomic design.
The Details
BSCA were engaged by QBuild to provide Services Management on PA Hospital Secure Unit project. The team’s scope included design review, onsite quality and progress inspections, assisting with subcontractor coordination, commissioning management and witness testing.
