Overview 
 
Southbank Office Tower was a mixed use development. The tower is located on the corner of Grey and Vulture Streets and is comprised of commercial office space, ground floor retail and dining, a gymnasium and basement car parking.

The Details 
 
BSCA were engaged by Watpac to supplement a Services Management resource. The scope included programme status and management, quality inspections and assisting with commissioning and handover planning. The initial engaged was for a 4-6 week period, however this extended to three months.
