Overview
The $798-million development of Clarence Correctional Centre will provide the NSW Government capacity for an additional 1,700 inmates. The project is being delivered by the NSW Government in partnership with the Northern Pathways consortium of John Holland, Serco, John Laing and Macquarie Capital.
The Details
BSCA have been engaged by Serco, as a Services Advisor working on behalf of the Operator. Scope of engagement includes design review for compliance against both the State and Operator’s Brief, review of D&C Contractor’s commissioning QA documentation, site inspections undertaking QA reviews and attendance at audit inspections in conjunction with the Independent Certifier and State advisors, and assistance with the formulation of operator commissioning plans.
