Overview
This $150-million development will provide a new 32 bed Youth Detention Centre for the Department of Child Safety, Youth and Women (DCSYW). The Centre will include, five accommodation buildings, a multipurpose facility and an administration building. The project is due for completion in 2020.

BSCA have been engaged by QBuild, Department of Housing and Public Works, to provide Services Management for the construction of the new 32 Bed Youth Detention Centre. The BSCA team provide management through the design and planning phases, staging strategies, programming advice, design coordination, and commissioning management.
